This unit plays well with the #cb_mod listed below this post and both glitch out when patched together.

#cb_mod revision 2 released

After a few weeks of design and testing,  I finally finished the bent modem I was working on.

I used a modified MD24 kit (courtesy of Highly Liquid ) with a custom reed-relay circuit  to control it (pictures of reed relay circuit below)

The unit can be played by hand or by midi and can be varied with a clock speed pitch control.  This effect was produced by a variation of the LTC1799 Precision Oscillator (courtesy of GetLoFi)

and free shipping is available within the US.

I also have it up on EBAY but theres no free shipping because of ebay’s whopping completed-listing fees.

I’ve also patched it into a soon-to-be-released bent TI-99.
